Description

  • Analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support strategic planning and business decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems to visualize and track business objectives.
  • Execute deep-dive analysis projects independently or collaboratively, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and other teams to define data requirements and enable data-driven execution.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional implementation through effective communication.
  • Monitor core metrics and provide ongoing data support to stakeholders for operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or market research.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool (e.g., Python, R, or advanced Excel).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Solid business acumen and an outcome-oriented mindset with ability to derive business value from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across teams to drive projects forward.
  • Preferred: experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or fast-growing technology company.
  • Preferred: familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, key financial KPIs, and web/mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
