Description

  • Partner with the Infrastructure team to support and extend existing CI/CD frameworks for IT services and enterprise network platforms.
  • Work with security and compliance teams to build surveillance tooling into deployment pipelines.
  • Design and implement automation to streamline IT operational support workflows.
  • Implement, support, and troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments.
  • Build a technical roadmap based on product requirements.
  • Participate in on-call support for the AWS service deployment pipeline.
  • Promote DevSecOps practices and establish cloud security best practices.
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation across IT engineering.
  • Operate in an environment with strict SLAs, incident response processes, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Facilitate incident response, perform root cause analysis, and lead blameless retrospectives.
  • Define metrics and implement automation opportunities based on monitoring and observability.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with source control and build systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with internal tooling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure.
  • 8+ years of experience automating cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go.
  • Experience using Git for version control within CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong experience supporting AWS services and CI/CD workflows using Terraform or an equivalent framework.
  • Strong experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
  • Strong experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, or Glean in daily workflows.
  • Ability to continuously learn evolving AI tools and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs.
  • Nice to have: expertise with Linux, Bash, Ruby, Python, and/or Go.
  • Nice to have: expertise automating EC2 or container deployments with Terraform.
  • Nice to have: strong network security fundamentals.
  • Nice to have: experience managing and leveraging log aggregation.
  • Nice to have: experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Nice to have: experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Nice to have: experience in a remote-first IT environment.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $186,065 to $218,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
