Description

  • Provide best-in-class customer support and resolve customer contacts through to completion.
  • Proactively manage customer issues to mitigate problems before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to fix issues with urgency.
  • Use data and customer feedback to identify root causes and reduce defects in the customer experience.
  • Proactively identify customer needs to simplify the experience, reduce friction, and strengthen trust.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to align on solutions and drive results.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Coinbase products and macro crypto changes to guide customers effectively.
  • Support customers in unlocking relevant features, services, and products based on their profile.
  • Contribute to international or regional ad hoc projects in addition to core responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or support, including work with high-value customers, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain, web3, staking, ROI/staking rewards, self-custody, crypto, equities, derivatives, and futures.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules and weekends in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows.
  • Motivation to support Coinbase's mission and deliver a seamless experience for top customers.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers succeed with Coinbase products.
  • Proficiency in cryptocurrency and Coinbase products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a second language other than English is preferred.
  • Knowledge of traditional finance products such as equities and derivatives is preferred.
  • Advanced degree in business, finance, project management, or client experience is preferred.
