Description

  • Lead the strategy and execution for acquisition and retention loops, including referral/affiliate programs, win-back flows, and gamification mechanics.
  • Own end-to-end development for core trading experiences and improve spot and derivative trading flows.
  • Co-own watchlists and price alerts with the Trading team and use them to drive users back into the app through push notifications and CRM.
  • Run A/B tests across onboarding funnels, abandonment flows, and notification delivery to improve conversion and execution quality.
  • Oversee growth infrastructure, including intelligent notification systems, paid marketing attribution tracking, and the Activity Tab UX.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science on product strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Legal, Growth, and Finance to ensure growth incentives and trading features meet compliance and liquidity standards.
  • Define and optimize metrics tied to user acquisition, engagement, retention, and trading activity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing fintech, exchange, or onchain trading environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling products through lifecycle marketing, referral loops, and retention mechanics.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, order types, execution quality, and liquidity.
  • Strong experience with data-driven development, including defining North Star metrics and running high-velocity experiments.
  • Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments and make tough trade-offs to ship high-quality products on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflow to improve efficiency and output.
  • Direct experience contributing to or collaborating with onchain protocols and decentralized communities (nice to have).
  • Experience in brokerage or market-making environments, including clearing, settlement, or microstructure (nice to have).

  • Annual base salary range of $207,485 to $244,100 USD, depending on work location.
