Description

  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
  • Develop responsive frontend interfaces using ReactJS and modern frontend tooling.
  • Work closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Optimize backend and frontend performance to ensure fast, reliable user experiences.
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions across the stack.
  • Mentor team members and help improve engineering practices across frontend and backend.
  • Build reusable internal libraries, components, and utilities to improve developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA to support CI/CD and product quality.
  • Own complex features end-to-end across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience building enterprise production-grade web applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and Django.
  • Experience with REST API design, ORM best practices, authentication/authorization, and scalable backend architectures.
  • Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating frontend and backend services end-to-end.
  • Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack testing, including backend unit/integration tests and frontend tests.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control using GitHub, and deployment workflows.
  • Demonstrated track record of system design, architecture decisions, and ownership of complex or long-running projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to mentor and guide other engineers, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proactive, critical-thinking mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and advocate for engineering quality.
  • Experience working in AI, security, or product-driven environments is preferred.
