Description

Drive AI coding agents by writing clear, context-rich tasks with architecture, standards, and acceptance criteria.
Own features end-to-end from requirement clarification and implementation through production release and post-launch monitoring.
Review code and documentation to maintain quality, share knowledge, and keep the codebase consistent.
Participate in production duty rotations, including incident response and service monitoring.
Build AI-powered product features that improve the user experience for large numbers of customers.
Work within the Power Charlie team on AI assistant development and document completion workflows.
Collaborate within a team that emphasizes clean architecture and high delivery standards.
Monitor edge cases after release and ensure delivered features continue to perform reliably.

Requirements

3+ years of commercial experience as a software developer.
Hands-on experience with agentic development workflows.
Commercial experience with Golang, Node.js, or PHP.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Working knowledge of Docker for application development and deployment.
Practical experience with testing methodologies.
Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions.
Ability to write technical documentation using approaches such as C4 and ADRs.
Strong task decomposition and prioritization skills.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
