Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Build and deploy cloud-native applications with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
Develop AI solutions using LLMs, GPT-family models, and Microsoft Copilot integrations.
Implement RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, indexing, and reranking.
Optimize prompts and AI orchestration workflows for accuracy and user experience.
Develop and manage Docker-based containerized applications.
Create CI/CD pipelines and Git-based source control and deployment workflows.
Design NoSQL data storage solutions and integrate OCR for document ingestion and extraction.
Write unit tests and support quality assurance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, architecture, and implementation strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented software development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
Experience with Docker, containers, Linux environments, and containerized deployments.
Practical experience integrating LLMs, including GPT-family models.
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or alternative platforms such as Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.
Understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, indexing, prompt engineering, and reranking.
Experience with Git, collaborative version control, NoSQL databases, automated testing, and unit testing frameworks.
Familiarity with OCR and document information-extraction workflows.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills; React and TypeScript experience is preferred.
Experience with AI-powered document intelligence, DOCX/PPTX/PDF processing, document parsing, and metadata enrichment is preferred.
Experience with Azure AI Search or similar vector databases and production AI deployments is preferred.
