Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and software projects across scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with business, technology, and external stakeholders.
  • Define project roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project tracking and follow-up meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and overall delivery performance.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and project status updates for key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical teams, business areas, and clients.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software projects.
  • +8 years of experience.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end technology project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in Waterfall or hybrid environments.
  • Strong experience in project planning, scope, schedule, budget, resource, and risk management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development and technology project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
  • Experience in IT consulting or digital transformation projects (preferred).
  • Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
  • Experience in enterprise or financial services projects (preferred).
  • Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, project governance, and executive reporting (preferred).
  • Experience managing Agile and hybrid delivery environments (preferred).
