Description

  • Develop high-performance big-data applications using Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python.
  • Build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure, including Azure Data Factory for ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services.
  • Implement robust APIs and microservices that integrate MarTech systems with customer-facing platforms.
  • Apply design patterns that improve reliability, maintainability, and scalability across distributed systems and full-stack architectures.
  • Drive AI-assisted engineering practices using Vibe Coding and other generative AI development accelerators.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead engineering efforts in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience with AI-augmented development, such as Vibe Coding or comparable frameworks.
  • Exposure to modern AI/ML pipelines for personalization, segmentation, or content automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python.
  • Cloud engineering experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory.
  • Advanced system design capabilities, including event-driven architectures and distributed design patterns.
  • Full-stack engineering experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines supporting full-stack deployments.
  • Preferred experience with large-scale marketing ecosystems, including ESP, CDP, personalization engines, or real-time decisioning.
  • Preferred background in high-volume data processing supporting customer engagement or growth marketing.
  • Preferred familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, observability, and automated testing across both data and application stacks.
