Description

  • Design and build scalable, high-availability backend services and responsive frontend interfaces.
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery by designing robust APIs and optimizing database schemas.
  • Improve application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and resolve complex production incidents.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance load testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with tech leads, product managers, and UX/UI designers to deliver resilient technical solutions.
  • Mentor team members and help refine engineering processes.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development methods to improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus.
  • Advanced fluency in Java, including Java 21 and Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MySQL.
  • Hands-on expertise with JavaScript (ES5/ES6), ReactJS, and legacy frameworks such as ExtJS.
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD automation.
  • Practical experience with New Relic, Splunk, JMeter, and software testing fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools.
  • Advanced English written and spoken skills are mandatory.
  • High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to supply chain, RFID tracking, or item-level lifecycle management platforms is preferred.
  • Experience refactoring legacy frontend monoliths into modern micro-frontends is preferred.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
  • Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred.
