Description

  • Design and architect scalable, high-availability backend microservices using Java 21, Spring, and Spring Boot.
  • Build and refine responsive front-end interfaces with JavaScript, ReactJS, and ExtJS.
  • Optimize system performance through low-latency API design, load testing, and observability.
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery, including clean code, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
  • Collaborate with software architects, tech leads, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Lead code quality efforts through code reviews and technical alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including participation in on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong backend/frontend balance with a 70% Backend / 30% Frontend focus.
  • Deep expertise in Java 21, Spring/Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, JavaScript, ReactJS, and ExtJS.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong foundation in software testing fundamentals.
  • Experience with JMeter, New Relic, and Splunk.
  • Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and automation mindset.
  • Practical exposure to AI-assisted development tools and workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with Hibernate or Spring Data JPA (preferred).
  • Prior experience in nearshore POD structures or supply chain, retail, or industrial telemetry domains (preferred).
