Description

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of AI agents, prompts, and conversational flows on Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Define prompting standards, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails aligned with governance, security, and compliance policies.
  • Orchestrate interactions between LLMs and integration tools in event-driven architectures.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, resilience, and cost optimization of AI solutions.
  • Design security, auditing, access control, and traceability strategies for PII, RBAC, and data boundaries.
  • Lead measurement of impact, adoption, and production maturity for AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and technical teams to maintain end-to-end alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, automation, or bot solutions, and 3+ years in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry and RAG.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with Azure Functions or Logic Apps is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python or JavaScript is preferred.
  • Experience designing autonomous agent and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of MLOps or IA Ops and model governance.
  • Experience with advanced security, compliance, and data governance.
  • Experience with agent frameworks such as MAF or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience scaling AI solutions to production is preferred.
  • Experience defining organizational standards for generative AI is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring junior or semi-senior profiles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of performance, cost, and quality optimization for AI solutions is preferred.
