Description

  • Use AI coding assistants and agentic workflows in daily software development.
  • Apply AI-assisted methods to design, implementation, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain reusable prompts, workflows, skills, and agent instructions.
  • Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
  • Develop scalable APIs, services, and user interfaces.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and system design discussions.
  • Review and validate AI-generated code before production use.
  • Implement automated testing, quality assurance, validation, and verification workflows.
  • Evaluate and improve the reliability and effectiveness of AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers.
  • Share best practices and mentor other engineers on responsible AI use.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience relevant to the role.
  • Relevant experience with React and Node.js.
  • Strong experience delivering software across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience building production-grade software applications.
  • Experience working within Agile product development teams.
  • Strong communication and technical collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants in professional software development.
  • Experience using AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and software design.
  • Familiarity with agentic development workflows and AI-powered engineering tools.
  • Experience creating and maintaining prompts, workflows, skills, agent instructions, or similar reusable AI assets.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
  • Experience designing workflows that improve trust in AI-generated outputs.
  • Understanding of validation techniques such as testing, specification-based verification, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Experience working with AI agents to execute multi-step development activities.
