Description

  • Lead the architectural design of complex agentic AI solutions that are robust, scalable, and secure.
  • Design and develop autonomous multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, Crew AI, Agent Development Kit, and N8N.
  • Build and manage vector database pipelines to support storage, retrieval, and processing of high-dimensional AI data.
  • Monitor production agentic AI systems and optimize performance, latency, drift, and bias using tools such as Langtrace, Agent Ops, and LangSmith.
  • Develop user-facing interfaces for agentic AI applications using Chainlit and Streamlit, with React-based enhancements when needed.
  • Ensure autonomous AI systems follow ethical guidelines, transparency requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, MLOps engineers, data scientists, and product teams to align delivery with project goals.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using best practices for version control and reproducibility.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on architecture, code quality, and advanced development practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 2-3 years focused on AI/ML or agentic AI systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex software solutions.
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and tools such as LangGraph, Crew AI, Agent Development Kit, and N8N (6 months).
  • Strong experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar (1-2 years).
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Langtrace, Agent Ops, and LangSmith (6 months).
  • Experience building user interfaces with Chainlit and Streamlit.
  • Knowledge of React and modern JavaScript frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and model deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Kubeflow, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of ethical AI principles, including bias detection, explainability, and compliance with regulations like GDPR or AI-specific standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across functions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Latam and able to work remotely aligned to East/West Coast time zones.
