Description

  • Prospect outbound into a triaged list of target accounts through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Engage talent acquisition, HR, and engineering stakeholders with CoderPad’s value proposition.
  • Own the sales process from start to finish for a book of target accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to identify new business opportunities using intent-based tools.
  • Participate in customer calls, including quarterly business reviews and renewal discussions, alongside Customer Success teammates.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
  • Achieve defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Use customer feedback to suggest improvements to product, processes, and workflows.
  • Apply a value-based selling approach when working with prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS sales positions, including at least 2 years as an Account Executive at a B2B tech company.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.
  • Enterprise sales experience focused on expansion opportunities is required.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • A hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, test new ideas, and engage executive buyers with innovative approaches.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with Gong and Apollo is a plus.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 and C-level buyers is a plus.
  • Experience in a PLG company is a plus.

  • €80,000–€130,000 annual OTE, with France at €80–90k and Ireland at €110–130k.
