Description

  • Own the technical track in pre-sales by assisting with discovery calls, scoping custom demos, setting up enterprise trials, and running technical evaluations.
  • Draft responses to RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor assessments while maintaining a reusable answer library.
  • Build demo environments that reflect real customer workflows, including live coding interviews, async screening assessments, and ATS-connected pipelines.
  • Create sales enablement content in partnership with marketing, including integration guides, competitive battlecards, solution briefs, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Support proof-of-concepts from end to end, with clear scope, time-boxing, and measurable success criteria.
  • Configure and demo API and ATS integrations to technical buyers, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and other systems.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Product by surfacing customer objections and informing product direction.
  • Support post-sale onboarding for strategic accounts when technical setup requires deeper involvement.
  • Use AI to streamline workflow and reduce duplicate content creation across sales support materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer at a SaaS company supporting enterprise deals.
  • Hands-on software engineering background with the ability to read code and debug integrations.
  • Comfort with AI/LLM concepts and the ability to demo AI features confidently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to shift context quickly between security reviews and workflow demos.
  • Genuine interest in technical hiring and opinions about where the process falls short.
  • Experience building with or evaluating AI-powered tools.
  • Comfort operating without a playbook in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred: experience with ATS platforms and HR tech ecosystems.
  • Preferred: familiarity with technical interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation frameworks.
  • Preferred: background in developer tooling, DevOps, data engineering, or distributed systems.
  • Must have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $112,000-$147,000 with OTE of $160,000-$210,000, plus equity eligibility.
