Description

  • Manage and track commercial leads and opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups to drive progress and close deals.
  • Support the full sales cycle, from the initial meeting with prospective clients to the signing of contracts and confidentiality agreements.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for accounts led by the Founder, ensuring next steps and commitments are completed.
  • Manage the Founder’s calendar by coordinating meetings, priorities, and strategic activities.
  • Keep client and prospect information up to date in Apollo and support database management and prospecting activities.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams to coordinate proposals, hiring processes, and documentation.
  • Monitor pending tasks, send reminders, and maintain constant follow-up to keep commercial and operational initiatives moving forward.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Lead Generation Analyst roles or similar positions.
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proactive profile with strong follow-up orientation.
  • Ability to interact with executive-level profiles and diverse stakeholders.
  • Availability to go to the Palermo office in Buenos Aires when required.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management platforms, with Apollo as a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in dynamic environments.
