Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including presenting technical proposals, participating in RFPs, and assisting in negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture, development, and delivery.
  • Ensure solutions meet industry best practices, security standards, and performance requirements.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams while fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they can improve client solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong background in microservices, APIs, and modern application frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and address both technical and business challenges.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency, spoken and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or high-security environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance, AI/ML, or emerging cloud-native solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi and DevOps practices is preferred.
