Description

  • Lead the development team technically across frontend and backend.
  • Define the architecture of software solutions.
  • Design and develop APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Implement web interfaces using Next.js.
  • Ensure adoption of development best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests.
  • Coordinate with functional teams and UX/UI teams.
  • Oversee integration with AWS services.
  • Ensure application performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical mentoring and support to the development team.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in software development.
  • More than 2 years of experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS.
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Next.js.
  • Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with AWS services, including S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, and API Gateway.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, including monolithic and microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of microfrontend architectures.
  • Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization.
  • Preferred experience in retail and/or e-commerce projects.
  • Preferred experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Preferred experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Preferred knowledge or experience with Go.
  • Preferred knowledge or experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Must reside in Peru.
