Description

  • Build and maintain your own prospect pipeline through research, list building, and lead prioritization.
  • Identify contractors in target markets generating $500K to $1M annually.
  • Use tools such as Google Maps, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HomeAdvisor, local business directories, Facebook groups, and Chamber of Commerce lists to source prospects.
  • Run multi-touch cold email sequences to engage prospects.
  • Send LinkedIn connection requests and personalized outreach messages.
  • Make 15 to 30 cold calls per day to contractors and other trades professionals.
  • Pitch services over the phone and book 15-20 minute discovery calls.
  • Work independently to manage outbound activity and keep the pipeline full.
  • Focus on high-volume prospecting and appointment setting in a B2B sales environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in prospecting and setting appointments.
  • Strong outbound sales skills, including cold calling, lead generation, list building, contact research, and target prioritization.
  • Comfortable spending significant time on the phone in a high-volume outbound role.
  • Clear American accent required for client-facing conversations.
  • Highly self-motivated and resilient, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline independently.
  • Experience selling into trades, contractor, home services, construction, or contractor software businesses is preferred.
  • Existing network of contractors or trades business owners is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of online reviews and reputation management is preferred.
  • English proficiency level must be provided in the application.
  • Resume must follow Coconut VA’s English-language profile template.
  • A 1-minute introduction video link is required, preferably recorded with Loom.
  • Availability for full-time work: 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
