Description

  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client check-in meetings and internal project syncs.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies in project management platforms.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and action items are completed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and project updates.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, status reports, and next-step documentation.
  • Identify potential roadblocks early and recommend solutions before issues escalate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations, scope, and timelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation and workflows across active projects.
  • Monitor project health and provide leadership with regular progress updates.
  • Support process improvements and help streamline project operations where needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent English written and spoken skills without relying on AI.
  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work in U.S. time zone with PH time overlap.
  • Experience managing projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience tracking risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items in project management tools.
  • Ability to communicate warmly and provide kind, client-focused support.
  • Experience in the nonprofit or purpose-driven space is preferred.
  • Experience working with global teams is preferred.
  • Experience using Bitrix is preferred.
  • Willingness to follow detailed application instructions, including submitting a resume in the required format and a 1-minute introduction video.
