Description

  • Work a target list, run outreach sequences and follow-ups, and book meetings for the Head of Partnerships.
  • Keep the Notion tracker current by logging every touch, status change, and next step.
  • Prepare research and briefing notes on targets before calls.
  • Send the standard affiliate/referral agreement and shepherd new partners through onboarding.
  • Set up tracking links/codes, payouts, and partner records, and monitor partner performance.
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives such as guest content swaps, webinars, AMAs, and integration co-launches.
  • Source and pitch podcast and media opportunities, manage booking calendars, and handle scheduling and logistics for appearances.
  • Build attendee lists, book meetings and dinners, coordinate event logistics, and follow up after conferences.
  • Create and maintain partner enablement assets, talking points, and co-branded materials.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships in negotiation while following contract, spend, and brand guardrails.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales operations, affiliate/marketing coordination, or executive/virtual assistant support.
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to work within EST or MST hours.
  • English proficiency rating (CEFR) must be provided during the application process.
  • Resume/Coconut VA profile must follow the required template and be submitted in English.
  • A 1-minute introduction video must be submitted with a valid link.
  • Familiarity with the trades, home services, or SaaS industry (preferred).
  • Experience with affiliate management tools, Notion, GoHighLevel, or outreach platforms (preferred).
  • Prior VA or agency experience, such as Coconut VA (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the company’s ICP and target verticals, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and related industries (preferred).
