Description

Lead full-cycle audits and assessments, including audit plan preparation, documentation and evidence review, procedure evaluation, and client interviews.
Prepare, review, and approve assessment reports.
Manage project priorities, tasks, and hours with project managers to meet delivery utilization targets.
Maintain quality throughout engagements by coaching team members and revising work products.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Escalate client and project issues to management in a timely manner.
Provide mentorship to team members in audit, assessment, technical review, and writing.
Interface with clients throughout the engagement and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, quality management, sales, and delivery teams to meet deliverables and customer satisfaction goals.
Identify account expansion opportunities and escalate upsell and cross-sell opportunities to sales.

Requirements

Current PCI-QSA certification preferred; former QSA will be considered.
One of the following information security certifications is required: CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
One of the following audit certifications is required: CISA, GSNA, CIA, IRCA ISMS Auditor or higher, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
Familiarity with common IT audit frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and HITRUST.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS security standards.
5+ years of experience in an IT security audit and/or compliance role.
Experience preparing and presenting Tier 1 and Tier 2 Reports on Compliance (ROCs).
Experience performing IT security risk assessments and gap analysis.
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to develop worksheets with complex formulas.
Experience interacting with management in a consultative manner.
Strong understanding of networks, servers, workstations, and applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings.
Ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience.
Strong consulting skills with executive leadership and technical professionals.
Ability to build high-trust relationships and credibility quickly, both internally and externally.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and projects.
Ability to work independently and be self-driven.
