Description

  • Own delivery of assigned workstreams across end-to-end Coupa implementations from requirements through deployment.
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, best-practice solution designs.
  • Redesign business processes and recommend improvements that increase spend visibility, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Perform hands-on Coupa configuration and manage integration touchpoints, testing cycles, and supplier enablement activities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for stakeholders within the workstream and escalate risks and issues as needed.
  • Perform data analysis, import/export formatting, and test script development to support deliverables and system integrity.
  • Identify reusable design patterns and contribute to internal templates and knowledge resources.
  • Maintain documentation of design decisions, configurations, and project deliverables.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions and collaborate on compliant opportunities to improve client and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with hands-on functional experience implementing one or more Coupa modules.
  • Experience implementing Coupa modules such as Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, or Supplier Management.
  • Background in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and/or Accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to full-lifecycle Coupa implementations end-to-end.
  • Ability to own a functional workstream across requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Ability to analyze and improve business processes and produce functional documentation such as configuration workbooks, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Comfort with firm-approved AI tools and openness to learning emerging technologies including AI and automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Coupa certification preferred.
