Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications in Python for security and compliance agent workflows.
  • Define and implement methods to measure confidence intervals and output reliability for non-deterministic AI systems.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support data exchange across services and systems.
  • Implement secure DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment strategies.
  • Develop automation frameworks and tools that reduce manual work and support AI-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate microservices with analytics platforms and big data pipelines.
  • Ensure systems comply with security standards, governance policies, client-specific compliance requirements, and cloud best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance to maintain high availability and reliability.
  • Provide technical mentorship and help establish best practices for development, DevOps, and cloud engineering.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software development experience across front-end, back-end, and DevOps/cloud engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python; TypeScript is a strong plus.
  • Experience developing APIs, including RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and EKS.
  • Strong background in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline design, and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience working with microservice architectures in production environments.
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification, or equivalent cloud/DevOps certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. and willingness to occasionally travel for team workshops or client engagements.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in security, compliance, or automation engineering is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with big data pipelines, analytics platforms, or data engineering practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI/automation frameworks or GenAI application development is preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or defense is preferred.
