Description

  • Own end-to-end analytics for Part D clinical engagement and spend performance, including KPI and ROI tracking.
  • Design, optimize, and QA SQL-based pipelines and datasets across claims, pharmacy, and vendor sources.
  • Analyze Part D performance and clinical interventions to identify trends, gaps, and early warning signals.
  • Perform root cause analyses across adherence, prescribing behavior, and specialty drug utilization.
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations and dashboards for operational and executive decision-making.
  • Design test-and-learn frameworks to evaluate pharmacy interventions, clinical programs, and vendor initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for Part D spend management operations and vendor teams.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to embed insights into Counterpart Assistant and provider workflows.
  • Establish standardized analytics workflows, SOPs, and intake processes to support scalable operations.
  • Support initiatives that improve prescribing interoperability, real-time visibility, and automated intervention tracking.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in healthcare analytics.
  • Direct exposure to Part D and pharmacy data, as well as clinical data sources for appropriate therapeutic substitutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience building, validating, and QA-ing complex datasets across claims, pharmacy, eligibility, clinical documentation, and vendor sources.
  • Experience performing both backend data QA and business-facing analytics.
  • Experience evaluating interventions, clinical programs, or vendor performance using structured measurement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with clinical best practices and regulatory or commercially available data sets such as FDB, RxNorm, MediSpan, and FDA.
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Mode.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus: experience with specialty pharmacy or pharmacogenomics programs, provider-facing tools such as EHRs, or value-based care/cost-of-care analytics.
