Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider partners and build trusted, consultative relationships.
  • Drive adoption of Counterpart Assistant across primary care practices and support provider onboarding and training.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to establish effective in-office workflows for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Manage a portfolio of provider partnerships and ensure practices maximize platform usage and retention.
  • Create and oversee structured engagement plans to support provider success in value-based care.
  • Analyze provider performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend interventions.
  • Influence adoption of best practices across different primary care practice types.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to incorporate provider feedback and market trends.
  • Present and demonstrate the platform to providers and support ongoing customer success.
  • Travel to practice sites regularly to support relationships and adoption efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
  • Strong track record of driving provider adoption and retention.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with clinicians and staff to drive operational change.
  • Ability to translate operational data into actionable performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Deep understanding of primary care and/or ambulatory care workflows.
  • Experience implementing, improving, or changing clinical process workflows.
  • Knowledge of EHRs, ideally in a primary care setting, medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Must reside in Knox County and be willing to travel to practices up to 5 days a week.
  • Understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement is preferred.
  • Experience implementing value-based care tools and technology products in primary care is preferred.
  • Understanding of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, accurate coding, Stars, and HEDIS is preferred.
