Description

  • Own the CCS P&L and multi-year financial models.
  • Lead budget creation, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop forward-looking operational models for visit volumes, staffing productivity, and contribution margins.
  • Architect scalable, repeatable, and sustainable operational processes.
  • Lead workflow mapping and performance tracking for clinical operations.
  • Develop insight into clinical cost drivers to support resource planning and staffing decisions.
  • Oversee vendor contract management, ROI evaluations, and performance monitoring for clinical and operational partners.
  • Analyze how quality performance and care pathways affect reimbursement and total cost of care.
  • Partner with Clinical, Network, and Operations leaders to establish shared KPIs and improve cost visibility.
  • Serve as a finance partner embedded with CCS leadership while coordinating with Corporate Finance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare, payer, or provider environments.
  • Deep experience with Medicare Advantage economics, homecare operations, or MSO financial models.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain forward-looking operational models.
  • Strong understanding of clinical delivery and the relationship between financial insights and clinical outcomes.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders through clear, data-driven storytelling.
  • Executive presence and ability to serve as a trusted advisor on strategy and operational decisions.
  • Experience with risk-based healthcare and quality incentive structures.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and align finance with operational realities.
  • Experience in a strategic finance or business partnering role within a complex healthcare organization.

  • Competitive base salary of $150,000 to $225,000 USD, with a separate estimate also listed at $200,000 to $280,000.
