Description

  • Partner directly with MSO and CCS leadership to drive North Star operations initiatives.
  • Own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end to end from diagnosis through execution.
  • Build and run the operating system for provider growth and Clover Assistant adoption, including metrics, reporting, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Identify gaps or breakdowns, design solutions, and drive them to measurable results.
  • Diagnose and fix issues in provider activation, onboarding, and ongoing Clover Assistant utilization.
  • Lead high-stakes projects, executive reporting, and board-level narratives.
  • Own execution across Product, Analytics, Growth, and Provider Success to ensure priorities turn into delivered outcomes.
  • Establish clear and trusted reporting that supports leadership decision-making.
  • Improve provider performance by moving low-utilization providers above defined thresholds.
  • Increase attribution rates by connecting members to high-performing primary care providers.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, Strategic Chief of Staff, or scaled operations leadership.
