Description

  • Evaluate, configure, and deploy AI-powered tools across operations, product, support, implementations, sales, and related teams.
  • Assess new AI tools and platforms for workflow fit, manage setup and configuration, and drive adoption across the organization.
  • Solve IT, authentication, and security challenges needed to deploy AI tools in a healthcare environment.
  • Set up access controls, authentication flows, and compliance-ready configurations that meet organizational security standards.
  • Package environments and simplify setup to make AI tools usable for non-engineers and non-technical team members.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, design, IT, operations, commercial, and leadership teams to identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
  • Create documentation, guides, and training materials for tool adoption and onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and iterate on the AI tooling stack based on team feedback.
  • Work independently, communicate progress, and surface blockers early.
  • Act as the go-to resource for AI tooling across the product organization.

Requirements

  • Experience automating workflows with AI on a daily basis.
  • Deep familiarity with the current AI tooling landscape, including LLMs, coding assistants, automation platforms, and API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with identity and access management, including OAuth, SSO configuration, SCIM provisioning, cloud IAM, and secrets management.
  • Comfort working with enterprise infrastructure such as containers, cloud platform administration, endpoint management, identity management, and compliance tooling.
  • Ability to deploy AI tools in organizational, enterprise, or regulated environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical capabilities into practical value for non-technical teammates.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can identify and remove adoption barriers independently.
  • Experience with secure deployment in a HIPAA-compliant healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Final pay is based on internal equity, market data, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.
