Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Source candidates proactively and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage inbound candidates and maintain funnel health.
  • Conduct structured interviews and support high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Provide market insights and help keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
  • Participate in employer branding activities such as meetups, blog posts, and LinkedIn content.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by advising, challenging, and influencing.
  • Independently own individual contributor and lower-management roles across Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
  • Track and deliver on both time-to-fill and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with in-house experience preferred.
  • Proven experience hiring internationally.
  • Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment.
  • Comfort working across international markets.
  • Fluent English, C1+ level.
  • Collaborative, curious, driven, and commercially aware.
  • Interest in AI and modern recruitment trends.
  • Willingness to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, and automation.
  • Ability to work in collaborative environments with open feedback and shared ideas.
  • Motivation to make hiring smarter, not just faster.
