Description

  • Plan and deliver timely, organized services that help customers realize the full value of Cloudflare’s products.
  • Gather business and technical requirements, use cases, and other inputs to design and deliver customer solutions.
  • Produce solution design artifacts, including HLDs, LLDs, databuilds, procedures, scripts, test plans, deployment plans, migration plans, and as-builts.
  • Implement changes in the Cloudflare environment on behalf of customers following their change management process.
  • Build and deploy serverless applications with scale, performance, security, and reliability using Cloudflare Developer Platform products.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and support technical escalations in collaboration with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams.
  • Share knowledge through internal and external documentation, technical Q&A, and best-practice contributions.
  • Help build operational assets such as templates, automation scripts, procedures, and workflows.
  • Manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize competing demands while handling uncertainty.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing consultant role delivering services.
  • Proven experience with Cloudflare or similar platforms, including Workers, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Workers APIs.
  • Experience developing serverless code in a CI/CD pipeline using Agile methodology.
  • Strong understanding of OSI model layers and protocols such as TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, and HTTP.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and strong API experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git.
  • Implementation and troubleshooting experience, including use of observability tools, logs, and other troubleshooting methods.
  • Good understanding of internet and security technologies such as DDoS, WAF, certificates, DNS, CDN, analytics, and logs.
  • Strong advantage if you have worked at a cybersecurity company or on cybersecurity products, including migrations using migration tools.
  • Strong advantage if you have developed application security and performance capabilities.
  • Ability to work in English; fluency in a second regional European language is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, prioritize competing demands, and handle uncertainty.

Benefits

  • Location options include Lisbon, Remote Portugal, and London.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
  • Occasional weekend support may be required for customer changes outside business hours.
  • Travel is expected to be around 40%.
