Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Assess market trends and develop targeted prospect and lead lists.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and other proactive outbound sales activities.
  • Build relationships with prospects and communicate Cloudbeds’ value to hospitality businesses.
  • Deliver product demonstrations virtually and in person.
  • Attend local events and visit hotel properties, with less than 10% travel required.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities and communicate them to the Partnerships team.
  • Represent Cloudbeds in the local market and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Required experience selling technology solutions to the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven outbound sales experience, including cold calling and network development.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a passion for business development.
  • Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for new technology.
  • Fluent English; this is required.
  • Ability to work in the position’s location without visa sponsorship.
  • Knowledge of property management system (PMS) technology preferred.
  • Multilingual ability or experience in hospitality and lodging operations preferred.
