Description

  • Generate revenue by converting qualified leads into new sales opportunities.
  • Manage a full-cycle outside sales pipeline from qualification through close.
  • Build and maintain a book of business through partner, inbound, outbound, and referral leads.
  • Conduct in-person restaurant visits, including a minimum of 45 drop-ins per week.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate ChowNow’s value to restaurant owners.
  • Develop and execute territory plans and outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Use Salesforce reports, dashboards, coaching, and data to evaluate and improve pipeline performance.
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers while nurturing leads and developing referral networks.
  • Collaborate with managers and peers to improve sales practices, tools, content, and team performance.
  • Prioritize opportunities, achieve quotas, and share best practices with colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consistent overachievement in outside or field sales.
  • Experience building lasting customer relationships, referral networks, and a book of business.
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, or three days per week, throughout an assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Curiosity about people, independent restaurants, food trends, and the restaurant technology market.
  • Strong adaptability, coachability, positive attitude, and willingness to implement feedback.
  • Ability to learn sales processes and technology quickly, including Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of competitors and current market trends; restaurant technology experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
