Description

  • Manage the routine daily operation, use, and configuration of the LMS.
  • Support email queries related to training, courses, user groups, and curricula.
  • Create curricula, courses, offerings, and reports in the LMS and enroll learners in required and elective training.
  • Create user accounts, establish security roles, assign curricula, generate reports, and troubleshoot LMS issues.
  • Administer qualifications, catalogs, learning objects, SOP trainings, and non-SOP trainings.
  • Audit LMS components for accurate version and component information.
  • Respond to work requests and inquiries related to the LMS system.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Training Manager on training needs and improvements to training management processes.
  • Support learners on how to use the LMS.
  • Identify and communicate process and quality improvement opportunities, including usage feedback, defects, and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or above, aligned with project or business team requirements.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the identified functional domain or business workstream.
  • Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver assigned tasks on time or before SLA targets.
  • Strong attention to quality, correctness, and completeness with minimal rework.
  • Ability to support peer work reviews when needed.
  • Ability to escalate delivery risks or issues to senior team members.
  • Awareness of and compliance with QMS, ISMS, and PIMS policies.
  • Adherence to PIMS/GDPR requirements, including lawful, secure, and purpose-limited processing.
  • Remote full-time availability.
