Description

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Technical Training and subject matter experts to identify performance and knowledge gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain modular technical learning experiences, including self-paced content, live sessions, practice activities, job aids, and onboarding assets.
  • Assess training effectiveness using learner feedback, knowledge validation, and performance signals, then refine content accordingly.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to keep training aligned with accurate, up-to-date detection and response knowledge.
  • Deliver instructor-led training in live virtual and onboarding formats when that is the best fit for the audience or learning objective.
  • Partner with stakeholders to turn operational realities, product behavior, and tribal knowledge into clear documentation for practitioners.
  • Create new content where gaps exist and improve outdated or ineffective materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training in a cybersecurity or similarly complex technical environment.
  • Content creation as the primary focus, with instructor-led facilitation as a secondary but important part of the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical security concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences for audiences with varying expertise.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where programs are still being built and structure must often be created independently.
  • Familiarity with modern training tools and LMS platforms.
  • Experience moving between facilitation and content creation without losing momentum.
  • Ability to use AI as part of core workflows and be prepared to discuss current AI usage.
  • Preferred qualification: experience in a security organization or with security training content.
