Description

  • Partner with stakeholders to uncover the real learning need and shape the right solution.
  • Design engaging, discovery-led learning experiences that build capability.
  • Pilot learning solutions, gather feedback, and continuously improve their impact.
  • Maintain and support the Thrive learning management system, including content management and user support.
  • Use learning data to assess what is working and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Explore practical uses of AI to design, develop, and deliver learning more efficiently.
  • Facilitate learning sessions, including the Laminar Way series.
  • Contribute to a wide range of L&D initiatives across the business.
  • Own learning and development projects from end to end.
  • Build trusted relationships and challenge assumptions to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, people development, or consultancy.
  • Experience understanding learning needs and designing experiences people can apply in their work.
  • Curious about learning technology; no prior Thrive or Rise 360 experience required.
  • Comfort using AI in learning design and delivery, with good judgement on when it adds value.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including asking good questions and adapting to different audiences.
  • Comfortable taking initiative, working through ambiguity, and making decisions within remit.
  • Experience owning projects and improving processes.
  • A genuine interest in growth and using an Individual Development Plan.
  • Experience designing learning with Rise 360 and working with a learning management system (nice to have).
  • Some experience facilitating learning sessions through training, workshops, coaching, teaching, or knowledge-sharing (nice to have).
  • Experience working with different stakeholder groups or in a consultancy-style environment (nice to have).
  • A degree in Behavioural Science, Organisational Psychology, Educational Psychology, L&D, or a related field is a bonus, not a requirement.
