Description

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to meet or exceed annual new business funding targets.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through industry networks, referral sources, and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored financing solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and industry associations.
  • Represent the Structured Finance Division at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Work with underwriting, operations, and credit teams to structure and close deals efficiently.
  • Ensure deals align with credit policies and risk appetite.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while balancing profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and manage deals across industries and credit profiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in factoring, ABL, or commercial finance.
  • Strong knowledge of factoring and ABL products, including underwriting and credit analysis principles.
  • Experience with business banking products and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and financial analysis software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pace, high-expectation environment.
  • Remote role within the United States and availability to work Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events.
  • Willingness to follow Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.
