Description

  • Own monthly leadership sync meetings with clients to align on goals, gather feedback, and address strategic concerns.
  • Serve as the senior client touchpoint and manage escalation and feedback without disrupting day-to-day account relationships.
  • Monitor client performance against cost per qualified appointment, show rate, close rate, and ROI targets.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and develop intervention strategies to reduce churn.
  • Manage, coach, and hold paid media strategists and media buyers accountable for campaign performance.
  • Run weekly team meetings to review results, share best practices, and resolve challenges.
  • Collaborate with the project management function overseeing creative production.
  • Own client retention, satisfaction, reporting cadence, and overall performance metrics across accounts.
  • Deliver bi-weekly client reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls and track budget pacing and campaign metrics.
  • Document, systematize, and improve operational processes, training materials, and onboarding resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or agency operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships at an agency or in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of improving client retention and satisfaction.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Strong understanding of Meta advertising platforms.
  • Experience in financial services, especially with RIAs, wealth managers, or financial advisors, preferred.
  • Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns, preferred.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter marketing methodology, preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver both positive and difficult feedback clearly and empathetically.
  • Data-driven decision maker with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
