Description

  • Design and update complex process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Employee Relations and Transitions.
  • Identify and prioritize automation and process improvement opportunities in partnership with ER&T leadership, Lifecycle peers, and Product.
  • Run AI discovery, testing, and rollout plans to move high-impact use cases from pilot to scaled adoption.
  • Support new country expansions by mapping lifecycle events, dependencies, and stakeholder handoffs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by translating recurring case patterns into process and tooling changes.
  • Act as the ER&T point of contact for Lifecycle initiatives affecting the tool stack and ensure smooth rollout of changes.
  • Support the team with tool debugging, integration, automation, and optimization.
  • Manage technical and automation requirements across tools such as Zendesk, Kissflow, Docusign, and Google Workspace.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to turn operational needs into automation requests and product improvements.
  • Configure and maintain dashboards and reporting for queue health, quality signals, automation impact, and leadership metrics.
  • Support large-scale data projects, including audits, bulk updates, and workflow changes.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information while adhering to established protocols.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a large-volume, high-complexity tech-enabled operational team across diverse global regions and countries.
  • Strong technical expertise in workflow and data processing systems, with a mindset toward automation.
  • Hands-on experience identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-enabled workflows, including prompt-based tools, knowledge retrieval, summarization, and decision support.
  • Ability to define AI success metrics and evaluate outcomes such as cycle time reduction, quality improvements, and risk reduction.
  • Proven capability to design and implement operational workflows that improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced data analysis experience using data and BI tools, with a focus on operational metrics.
  • Ability to start and scale projects independently with little management supervision.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.
  • Experience with AI quality, privacy, and risk guardrails is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Kissflow, Docusign, and Google Workspace is relevant.
