Description

  • Own and continuously improve the product management tooling stack, including Linear, GitHub, and Notion.
  • Build automations and integrations across product tools to sync work, trigger notifications, and surface dependencies.
  • Apply AI tools to product operations workflows to reduce repetitive coordination and accelerate drafting and synthesis work.
  • Evaluate and pilot new tools or integrations that reduce operational friction as the product organization grows.
  • Translate company priorities into structured projects with clear scope, owners, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Partner with PM and engineering leads to align priorities with team capacity and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Maintain a single source of truth in Linear and Notion with self-serve dashboards that show execution progress against goals.
  • Establish repeatable intake and decomposition processes for new initiatives across the full product lifecycle.
  • Own a launch readiness process and checklist that coordinates pre-launch responsibilities across Legal, Sales Enablement, Support Enablement, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a closely related operational role at a relevant SaaS company.
  • Start-up experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to decompose high-level company goals into structured, actionable projects for cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Linear, GitHub, and Notion.
  • Experience building automations or integrations using no-code tools, webhooks, or scripting without engineering support.
  • Comfort working with metrics and data, including defining what to measure, setting up tracking, and communicating findings clearly.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, concise documentation and status updates.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on making others more effective.
