Description

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse's native connectors and partner ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain feedback loops with technology partners to drive co-innovation and expand integration coverage.
  • Track the competitive landscape and develop data-backed recommendations for ecosystem investments.
  • Partner with engineering to balance connector stability, feature coverage, and developer experience in the roadmap.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact, ROI, and customer success of the connectors portfolio to leadership.
  • Represent the ClickHouse ecosystem externally through conference talks, blog posts, technical content, and community engagement.
  • Build and run a design partner program to gather early customer feedback and co-develop solutions.
  • Translate partner and customer signals into clear requirements and a prioritized roadmap.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience in modern data integration areas such as streaming, orchestration, ETL/ELT, ingestion, or developer-facing platform products.
  • Engineers transitioning into product management with meaningful experience in this space are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Technical depth to discuss APIs, schema design, performance trade-offs, and connector architecture.
  • Ability to set up integrations, read documentation, and debug connector behavior independently.
  • Strong anticipation of integration market trends and the ability to bring proactive insights to engineering and leadership.
  • Comfort working in external-facing roles with customers, partners, industry events, and public representation of the product.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to turn loosely structured signals into crisp requirements and a prioritized roadmap.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership and limited hand-holding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting roadmap strategy and trade-offs to executives and engineering leadership.
  • Background working with open source software or developer-focused products.
  • Prior experience as an integration or ecosystem product manager, engineer, or solutions architect is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse or databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus.
  • Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments is a plus.
