Description

  • Build, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team.
  • Establish best practices for discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, and solution design.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory coverage, resource allocation, and strategic deal support.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource on complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Work with sales teams to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements.
  • Design solution approaches aligned to customer needs and Clear Capital capabilities.
  • Ensure technical commitments made during the sales process are scalable, supportable, and operationally sound.
  • Oversee standardized and customized product demonstrations by use case, workflow, and customer segment.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate requirements into implementation plans and go-live readiness.
  • Act as a feedback conduit between customers and internal teams, and help inform product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, or scaling Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales teams.
  • Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, implementations, or customer-facing technical consulting.
  • Experience within mortgage technology, real estate technology, financial services, SaaS, or data-driven organizations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Strong organizational, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build structure, process, and scalability in growing organizations.
  • Familiarity with valuation workflows, appraisal modernization initiatives, UAD, or collateral risk management (preferred).
  • Experience with Automated Valuation Models (preferred).
  • Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow platforms (preferred).

  • Base salary of $105,300 to $137,200 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
