Description

  • Analyze real estate property data and review valuation reports for quality and compliance with company and customer standards.
  • Ensure each valuation report meets high-quality standards and required processing standards.
  • Support the completion and analysis of valuation data to identify and inform market trends.
  • Improve vendor relations through responsive and professional customer service.
  • Work with account specialists to prioritize and deliver high-priority reports to customers.
  • Meet quantifiable processing standards and maintain accuracy under deadline-driven conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with real estate professionals and internal teams across written, verbal, and nonverbal channels.
  • Provide support in a role that contributes to real estate collateral valuation and mortgage industry operations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Sense of urgency, responsiveness, and attentiveness.
  • Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, and nonverbally.
  • Strong computer proficiency with computer programs and Internet applications.
  • Real estate or appraisal experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work additional scheduled hours when needed.
  • Experience or exposure to real estate collateral valuation or the mortgage industry is preferred.
  • Must be able to work full-time in a remote environment.

  • Base salary of $19.00 to $24.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
