Description

  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with MLS leadership to understand goals and align CubiCasa’s value proposition with member needs.
  • Develop and execute tailored growth strategies to increase paid product adoption and expand CubiCasa’s market presence within each partner’s territory.
  • Serve as the internal “Voice of the Partner” by collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to influence the company roadmap and priorities.
  • Own the onboarding and implementation experience for new partners, establishing clear KPIs and success milestones.
  • Monitor account health scores, customer sentiment, and usage trends to proactively reduce churn and retain revenue.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, growth, and overall success of MLS, real estate brokerage, and affiliated promotional partnerships.
  • Partner with Marketing to create monthly marketing content, promotional materials, and partner-specific strategies.
  • Host live and recorded webinars and customer training sessions (Zoom/Google Meet) and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
  • Develop and share monthly customer performance reports to track partnership growth, product adoption, and revenue trends, and use insights to guide strategic conversations.
  • Identify underperforming partnerships, propose and implement action plans or marketing adjustments, and represent CubiCasa at industry events to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • Customer relationship management experience is required.
  • Self-motivated professional with demonstrated ownership and the ability to move opportunities forward.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain partner relationships.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Enthusiastic, clear, and effective verbal and written communication style.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Creative problem-solver who can clear roadblocks and prioritize competing demands with focus and urgency.
  • Comfort presenting product value, leading training/webinars, and tailoring messaging to customer use cases.
  • Residency in one of the following U.S. states is required: Florida, Alabama, California, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Illinois, North Carolina, Washington, Missouri, Virginia, or Mississippi.
