Description

  • Consume and take detailed notes on training modules to apply Vora’s content systems.
  • Ideate, create, and recreate content concepts daily using competitor research and internal high-performing examples.
  • Use AI tools to develop and refine creative ideas for social media content.
  • Edit short-form video content in CapCut using advanced techniques learned in training.
  • Post content daily on assigned social media accounts.
  • Apply feedback from content managers quickly and consistently.
  • Handle content requests focused on improving post performance and growth.
  • Monitor content performance and continuously adapt to new content styles.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • English fluency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep interest in social media and content creation.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual appeal.
  • Viral-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze why content performs.
  • Strong understanding of Gen-Z humor and American pop culture.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time, and hold yourself accountable.
  • Motivated by growth, high standards, and personal development.
