Description

  • Travel to apartment communities across the United States for 35 to 45 consecutive days per assignment.
  • Act as the on-site leasing specialist and lease apartments for assigned communities.
  • Help owners develop and implement leasing and marketing plans for their properties.
  • Provide top-quality property management and leasing support to client communities.
  • Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents.
  • Work with the CLASS team and client properties to address apartment vacancy needs.
  • Complete training at the home office in Atlanta before assignments.
  • Use updated marketing ideas and industry resources to support leasing efforts.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel for 30 to 50 days at a time.
  • Ability to conduct tours and walk up to 3 miles per day.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to complete a rigorous training program in Atlanta.
  • Ability to work in a travel-based role with consecutive multi-week assignments.
