Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, target market segments, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Analyze sales statistics and performance metrics to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and report results to senior management.
  • Coach and mentor team members through regular performance reviews, goal setting, and ongoing performance support.
  • Coordinate daily trading activities to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Participate in recruiting and training new team members so they align with company values and priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve the sales department and identify areas for growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate market conditions and competitive opportunities through market analysis.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling in the United States market.
  • Fluent English proficiency at C1–C2 level is mandatory.
  • Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Inflow, or similar tools.
  • Experience building a sales department from the ground up.
  • Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong negotiation and team collaboration abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, results-driven, and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
