Description

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer success, value realization, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and operational stakeholders.
  • Partner with Implementation and Delivery teams to align on onboarding objectives, success criteria, and expectations.
  • Lead the post-launch customer partnership by guiding priorities, monitoring account health, and escalating risks or strategic issues.
  • Advocate for customer priorities internally and keep internal teams informed of customer requests, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive adoption of Claritas Rx solutions by guiding customers on new features and identifying opportunities to apply data and insights.
  • Lead customer-facing meetings such as status updates, partnership reviews, and business reviews.
  • Partner with Product to provide customer input on roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and scalable solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on commercial data to support strategic recommendations and decision-making.
  • Travel to customer sites, industry events, or company offices as needed, up to 25% quarterly.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical marketing, managed markets, or distribution channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced quantitative analysis skills and expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and manage client-focused projects.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, project coordination, expectation-setting, active listening, solution application, and relationship-building.
  • Tenacity and persistence to drive outcomes and maintain momentum.
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare consulting, commercial, or client-facing role preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sources, especially Hub or Specialty Pharmacy data, strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a commercial role at a pharma/biotech manufacturer or health tech startup preferred.
  • MBA or other relevant graduate-level degree preferred, such as public health, engineering, operations, IT, or statistics.
  • Must be located on the West Coast and able to travel to San Francisco for customer meetings when required.
