Description

  • Own post-sale client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead client onboarding and kickoff, including stakeholders, success criteria, cadence, and expectations.
  • Run weekly client meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and next steps.
  • Advocate for clients internally and keep cross-functional teams aligned on priorities, scope, and timelines.
  • Use AI systems and workflow tools to streamline reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a proactive, no-surprises communication style that keeps clients informed and supported.
  • Build stakeholder coverage and manage stakeholder transitions quickly.
  • Track client health, identify risks early, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Prepare lightweight value reporting that connects delivered work to progress, shipped work, and impact where available.
  • Support renewals and transitions by coordinating readiness, timing, and alignment.
  • Capture client feedback and improve onboarding, reporting, cadence, and escalation playbooks.
  • Provide leadership with concise account updates on health, risks, renewal outlook, and value reinforcement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management, preferably in a digital web design or development agency.
  • Proven ability to manage high-touch client relationships with senior stakeholders at the CMO, CEO, or Digital Director level.
  • Strong communication skills with experience running client meetings, writing clear updates, and managing expectations confidently.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to coordinate timelines, approvals, and priorities across multiple projects.
  • Strong AI and tooling fluency, with comfort using AI to improve speed and quality while preserving human connection.
  • Experience working with digital products such as websites, apps, eCommerce, or SaaS.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, development, and strategy.
  • Comfortable using ClickUp or similar tools to manage workflows, updates, and reporting.
  • Ability to tell a compelling value story by translating delivered work into outcomes clients can see and feel.
